Active WebCam - программа снимает сигнал с любого видеоустройства, web-камеры, видеокамеры или TV, с максимальной частотой 30 кадров в секунду. Трансляцию вы можете организовывать как напрямую с вашего компьютера, так и через FTP-сервер (куда первоначально осуществляется upload с вашего компьютера) или HTTP-сервер. Также есть возможность сохранять захваченный сигнал в AVI или MPEG формате.



Active WebCam captures images up to 30 frames per second from any video device including USB, analog cameras, TV-boards, camcorders, and from network IP cameras. The program performs simultaneous recording and broadcasting from unlimited number of cameras.
